It's just a small tradition we have for "come aways" (that's what we call people who are not from Newfoundland). Don't worry about the screech! You'll need it and perhaps a few more after you see what you have to Kiss! :-)
If you are in St. John's and like the night life, you'll most definitely have to visit the world famous George Street. On this small two block street you'll find no less than 36 pubs and bars. If that's not enough, within a mere five minute walk or less you can find another 30+. A little taste of everything for everybody! Do you like fishing? hunting? You can even find information on where to do that too!
